Photographer:- Mike Smith Photographer: - Mike Smith This little larch was created by my wife in a bonsai class, I get to look after of course. Anyway, it can come as a surprise to some folks that this is one of the few conifers that is deciduous. As bonsai material, larch is great for beginners. They tolerate a range of conditions and respond well to shaping and pruning. A well ramified branch structure can be achieved in as little time as four growing seasons. Copyright: - Mike Smith
