The sunken terrace project

Hardenbergia violacea

Review Notes: The Hardenbergia is about 6ft but spreading out now its got nothing to climb up any higher, this flowered from Dec through to mid to late March (Southers Spain). Have just planted more to give early colour, one by an over pruned olive tree. I have planned the placing of the hardenbergias so that there are other climbers or plants nearby that flower when they are not. Just done one in a very large plot surrounded with lavander dentata ( which flowers all year round here) at the entrance of the kitchen, can't wait to see what it looks like climbing up the terracota walls next year. Fingers crossed.
