Scabiosa atropurpurea 'Burgundy Bonnets'

Review Notes: This first class Scabious was disocovered by the late Fred Wilson who was a keen suffolk Gardener.
He invited me to go along and look at this seedling that had come up in his garden.
We agreed that it had merit and started propagating from this origional discovery. Burgundy Bonnets is the result.
An excellent plant for attracting butterflies it is reliably perennial in a sunny well drained position.
